The New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) is advising motorists that the southbound side will be reduced to one lane between Exit 5 (Saw Mill River Parkway) and Exit 4 (Route 172) in Bedford,
The time frame for the lane reduction is from 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26 through 5 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27 .
